How Our AI Works
Last updated: April 8, 2026
1. What We Do
ColorNest uses advanced AI to create unique, custom coloring pages based on your choices. When you pick a theme (like dinosaurs or space) and a concept (like alphabet or counting), our AI generates original artwork tailored just for your book. Every page is one-of-a-kind.
2. What You Should Know About AI Limitations
AI is incredibly creative, but it’s not perfect. Here’s what you might encounter:
Visual quirks — Occasionally, objects might look a little wonky, lines might be slightly off, or proportions might seem unusual. This is normal for AI art.
Counting and alphabet accuracy — Learning pages with numbers or letters are checked carefully, but AI sometimes miscounts or creates letters that look unusual.
Consistency — Story books might have characters that look slightly different from page to page. That’s just how AI works right now.
3. How We Keep Quality High
Every page generated by ColorNest goes through automated quality checks before you see it. Pages that don’t pass are regenerated automatically. We check for clear, colorable line art; appropriate content for kids; accuracy on educational content; and overall artistic quality. We’re not perfect, but we’re always working to improve.
4. What If You’re Not Happy?
Regenerate it — Try again with different settings (more detail, simpler style, different theme mix).
Contact us — Email support@colornest.ai. If a book has significant issues, we’ll restore your credits so you can try again.
Download anyway — You still have the PDF. Sometimes imperfect pages are just fine for kids!
5. Your Feedback Helps Us
Every time you let us know about a page that missed the mark, it helps our quality system learn. We use your feedback to improve how we generate and check future pages.
6. The Bottom Line
ColorNest’s AI creates engaging, personalized coloring books that spark creativity. They’re not professionally illustrated — they’re AI-generated — and that’s okay. Most parents and kids love them. If something doesn’t work, we’ve got you covered.
